Who does the work

Plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying are carried out by a plumbing business whose tradespeople are authorised by the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board. Your agreement for the work, including the rate, the quote and any guarantee on workmanship, is with that business. You are entitled to ask to see the tradesperson's PGDB card before work starts.

Pricing

The website does not publish prices. The call-out and hourly rate are explained before anyone is dispatched, and the repair is quoted before work starts. You can decline a quote.
